2021, Hand woven rug, porcelain, aluminum, wood, circa 1715-20 Console Table (collection of Cincinnati Art Museum), 10' x 9' x 5'
Our "farrago" is a futuristic mix of objects including a hand knotted shag tapestry rug, and chairs built in the style of designer Paul Frankl. The tureen is cast from a 3D scan of a Meissen tureen taken in the museum's storage facility in 2020. This sits on top of a Console Table circa 1715–20 after designs by Bernard Turreau, France, with a ritualistic powder coated metal halo above the scene.
